This weekend was family weekend! Sooooooo many people came over to see me. I liked being held and getting a lot of attention! I’ve been a good girl and charmed everyone. :D

It was warm and sunny, so we could sit and go outside! A lot of pictures have been taken.

Today mom, dad and I went to town. It was a lovely, sunny day and I smiled, looked around and slept a lot. I’ve seen so many things and heard many different sounds. Mom and dad got hungry and had lunch at a restaurant. They were a bit nervous I was going to cry, but I didn’t! I really liked staring at the colors on the ceiling while listening to the sounds of the kitchen. Daddy had a huuuuge hamburger, you’ll see on one of the pics below here. I really had a lot of fun today.

This week daddy started working at his new job, so he’s not around during the day anymore. :( I miss him… Of course I like being with mommy just as well. She has been very nervous to be alone with me every day, but she’s doing great! We’re making a lot of walks and she doesn’t let the rain stop her. She discovered I usually don’t mind to go back to sleep after my early breakfast, so that’s when she’s looking after the household.

I don’t like to go to bed in the afternoons. So we go for walks or even grocery shopping in the supermarket then. The latter is a bit hard for mommy though, because the baby carrier isn’t the best way to carry me during shopping. It’ll become easier when I’m a bit older.

Mommy took some pictures with her mobile phone during our walks yesterday and today. There was a lot of sun yesterday! Today it was raining. :(  You’ll see on the pictures:

Mommy and daddy got me a rain forest with moving leaves and animals! It even plays music!

I love my forest, it calms me down when I am upset in my bed because I don’t want to sleep. It makes me slee…zzzzzzzz…

Mommy and daddy took me to a lady with a very difficult name. Chiro…something. She examined me after which she did weird things with my pelvis and spine. It made me cry, but mommy and daddy stayed with me and took me in their arms after that odd lady was done pushing me.

I sleep much better now. I am more relaxed and I cry less. I even slept on the left side of my head today (for 2 minutes)! I don’t know what that lady did, but I feel better, less tense.

I have been smiling to mommy and daddy a lot today. Dad belly tickles me, he makes me smile! And when mom shows me her big smile, I have to smile as well. :D Smiling is fun!

I was a good girl, today. I was all happy and content. I smiled at the world, even when we went to the Counseling Office to discuss the little red spots in my face. The woman told mommy and daddy that it was okay and nothing to worry about.

So we went home and I was still all happy and content and mommy changed the sheets in my cradle and I slept all day with a little playtime after each feeding.

And I slept for 8 hours straight tonight. But that also meant that I had 8 hours of accumulated poop in my diaper. And it didn’t fit. So when I woke up the parents at 4 AM, daddy had the great opportunity to change all of my clothes, change all the sheets again, find a new sleeping bag, take the laundry out of the laundry machine, put the new laundry in, hang the laundry up to dry and by then, I was all fed and ready to go to sleep again. I feel happy and content. Usually, daddy sits around while I’m being fed. But this time, I gave him something to do. He looked happy. I think …
