Hey Joejoe,

I'm fixing the back of my rack with a connector panel and solderless chassis plugs from DAP. You just plug everything from inside the rack to the connector and you're set! Once at the venue, the sound engineer can plug his stuff in the back of the rack et voila. No wires hanging out the back and still easily pluggable.

Yeah, beat my idea. I use a POD XT Pro, and a few other pre amps and effects. So its all rack mounted. However, the pedal for the XT pro... well... I stuff the chord for that into the back of the rack case, still, plugged in... unwravel it... badly... when time to play, and just sorta chuck the pedal board in the boot of my car.

All I have to do for set up is plug the pre amp setup case, with one cable, which is already plugged into the final stage, into the power amp case, then the speaker lead from the power amp case into the cab. Oh, and the guitar to pre amp case, and pre amp case to pedal.

I dont recommend this... looks rather messy round back of the rack units.... clean at the front though!
