A new project
I’ve got a new project to work on since Wednesday. It’s a typical project with people defending their territory while not knowing enough or all about their territory or letting patriottism blind their judgment. Nothing new. It’s going to be a lot of fun and I’ve been hired for three months, to start off with. If all goes well, I might be here … for years to come.
The only thing that sucks a little bit is the commute. Anyone commuting in and out of London or Los Angeles would be very happy with a total 3 hour commute, but in the Netherlands, it’s a bit sucky.
Yesterday was a 4.5 hour commute. 2.5 hours to get there, 2 hours to get back. Today, however, was much better (crossing my fingers here) with a 1 hour and 10 minutes commute. Yeah! But I got to wake up at six in the morning and I have a gig tonight … We’ll see how that works out.
