Never order from Gamersloot.net !
I had a really bad experience with Gamersloot.net.
A while ago, I decided to restart World of Warcraft on a European server. Since it was a Sunday, I ordered online keys from gamersloot.net. Do not order from them! They took my money but never delivered. They refused to answer any mails or messages I left for them. When my Visa statement came in, they did take my money. I never got the keys, however.
I later found out that they’re only a bunch of in-game goldsellers. If I had known that beforehand, I never would have ordered through them either. So, save yourself the trouble and do not order from Gamersloot.net

Hm. That seems highly abnormal. Have you tried contacting us through the live chat? it should be on 24/7 or just about. If you entered your phone number properly in there, you should have gotten a call shortly after your order. And either way, if we didn’t confirm your order you should have gotten an automatic refund a week later or so. I guess it is possible that your emails got into spam folders and that -our- emails were swallowed by your spam but it does seem unusual :/
If you can see the mail I listed you can email me directly if the live chat thing doesn’t resolve the issue.
Sincerely,
Patrick.
PS: We don’t actually advertise in-games and the PL/Gold aspect of the business is currently minimal and only there to keep our Romanian office with jobs. Most of our business is actually centered on keys/cards at the moment, hence my concern =)

I actually did have an online chat with someone who couldn’t really help me at all. He couldn’t tell me when I was going to receive the keys, when my CC would be cleared … After a while the person just ignored me and stopped responding.
Anyway, things were solved and my CC company got me my money back. It’s still a bit of a question whether or not you guys are legit.

well… we do have about 50 000 customers, have been talked about in a bunch of newspapers, magazines and a few TV things and have been in business for 5 years. The main issue though is that we do get a lot of fraud attempts and have to take very painfully heavy measures to thwart that. It’s a pain, for us because we turn away legitimate orders and for customers because they don’t understand what’s going on. Sadly Visa/Mastercard don’t seem to particularly care that much about the billions of dollars of fraudulent transactions out there since they just take the money back from us and charge us an extra $20 for good measure. And that’s per transaction, so if your order goes through and you place 5 more orders with the fraudulent card, not only do we lose all the money but also $100! Heck, at this rate they’re probably making a bundle from fraud, I don’t know :/
Either way, very sorry for your troubles, if you care to try again and email me, I can look into what the issue was and make sure things go smoothly this time…
’til then,
God bless.
Patrick.

I’ve had 4 successful transactions with gamersloot. I’ve been waiting for a phone call for about an hour, but it’s launch day for WOTLK so I can understand that they’d receive a lot of traffic.
So far there’s not been much shady about them. I remember the first time I ordered it took a while to get a new key.
